Born and raised in Omaha, Greg's family has been serving the needs of the Omaha real estate community for more than 40 years. He joined NP Dodge in 2016 and carries on his family’s tradition of unparalleled service and loyalty. Greg's honest, customer-focused approach paired with his market knowledge makes him one of the most sought after real estate specialists in the area. Greg is a consistent top producer at NP Dodge but his highest honor in real estate was being named the recipient of the 2020 Phil Dodge award for service over self, following in his father's footsteps after John received the award in 2007.

Prior to his career in real estate, Greg practiced as an orthopaedic physical therapist in Omaha.  He was unable to ignore the real estate in his blood and made a full time transition in 2016. He studied exercise science and real estate at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and earned his clinical doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Greg and his wife Crissy love to travel but when they are home, they are avid foodies and enjoy dicovering new and delicious restaurants around town. They are passionate volunteers for the Omaha chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need. Greg is a regular donor for the American Red Cross and also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dodge Cares, a charitable organization started by NP Dodge sales associates in 2002.

We worked with Greg while relocating from Oregon. We were only able to come to Omaha for two days for home hunting. At our request Greg previewed homes that we were interested in and sent us video tapes of him walking the homes to help us narrow down the search. We came to Omaha and spent a full day with Greg touring a number of homes. He would re-evaluate the homes on his list based on our feedback from each home. Greg was wonderful to work with when my family recently moved to the Omaha area from out of state. We weren't able to come view homes in person, and Greg took the time to get to know us and the details of what we were looking for in a home and sent us a very detailed list of homes that fit the description of what we said we wanted. Greg was willing to drive to homes we liked and video them for us to see since we couldn't be there in person. When we got discouraged during the home buying process, Greg talked to us and made suggestions of homes in areas of town that were what we desired and in kid friendly areas. When we liked two homes in two areas of town that were far from each other, Greg drove to both in one day to video them for us. That same day, Greg shared with us a home that had been listed for sale that morning in another area of town and went and videoed that one for us as well. We decided we wanted to put an offer in on the home that day, so Greg put together the offer for us and it was accepted that night! I am so thankful Greg was our realtor, I was very confident he had our best interest in mind and was honest and open with us throughout the home buying process! I should also note we are first time home buyers and Greg made the whole process seem very easy and low stress. His reputation in Omaha seems to be great, as one of the local mortgage lenders we spoke with asked who our realtor was and when we told her it was Greg she quickly said that we were in good hands and noted he is a great negotiator. I'll also note, being new to the area we don't know many people, so when our car battery died the week after we closed on our home, we called Greg and he was more than willing to come help us - just another testament to his character.
